Thousands of plants have been dropped off at many points in the wetland; mostly salmon berry and a few hundred thimble berry plants. This week's assignment is to place and plant the southeast quadrant in about eighteen groups of five hummocks.

We did have a few frosty starts which makes for great frosty photos and frozen potted plants.
Melissa Bennett, the WCC City of Seattle Parks and Recreation supervisor, joined us for the last day before break. Thanks Mel for your help, we really enjoyed your company and great stories. One story in particular, using a hard hat as an eating bowl.
